MS.HEATHER'S STUDIO POLICY
♪ Lesson time is committed and paid.
♪ One lesson may be missed every school year (Sept. – June) for any reason without charge if prior notice is given.
♪ Makeup lessons will be given at the teacher’s discretion.
♪ Makeup lessons must be made within one month of the missed lesson. One make-up lesson per year will be allowed outside the normal teaching schedule. If the student cannot attend a lesson and cannot switch with someone else, the student must pay for the lesson. No Exceptions. If the student misses a makeup lesson, it will not be rescheduled.
♪ If either party must cancel a lesson and a message is texted or left on voicemail, a response confirming the message was received must be made within 24 hours, or it must be assumed the message was not received.
♪ The student must perform in every studio recital and must use a professional accompanist.
♪ 24 hour notice is required for cancelled lessons (unless the student becomes ill the day of the lesson.)
♪ There is a 15 minute grace period for each lesson. If the student does not arrive within 15 minutes and no phone call or email has notified a delay, it will be assumed the student is not coming to the lesson.
